Maintenance Pricing:
As a maintenance patient at Blue Mountain Wellness, we offer a 25% discount on care.
Maintenance visits include an adjustment, wobble chair, mechanical traction, and PBM. Maintenance is not covered by insurance but we do offer discounted rates for our patients. Care plans may be covered by insurance.

Please note, in order to share visits with other family members they must be a current patient. This means we have their patient records on file and a current exam and x-rays if we feel necessary.
Some patients ask about other therapies such as laser, pulsewave, and decompression. These services can be offered for an additional fee. Please arrange a time to speak with a doctor if you would like to include these services.
While we offer a 25% discount, this is set up as a monthly membership. Your card will be processed on the 1st or 15th of each month. We will track your visits, but you are ultimately responsible to make your appointments. If for any reason you decide to cancel your membership please let us know.
